What’s the difference between financing and a Cantaloupe One rental?
The difference between financing your devices and renting through Cantaloupe One is that with Cantaloupe One, Cantaloupe retains ownership of the device and will upgrade your device in case of end-of-life or a warranty-covered issue.
What are the upfront costs of Cantaloupe One?
Nothing!
If you’re using a Cantaloupe One kit for a card reader, you’ll only pay for shipping the device to you. All monthly fees start on the next bill cycle. New customers are subject to a credit check.
What is the length of a Cantaloupe One rental?
Cantaloupe One rentals are contracted for 36 months. Starting at month 37, you would pay month to month. At that time, you’ll also receive new contract renewal options for receiving new hardware or package offerings.
Can the hardware and services on a Cantaloupe One subscription be transferred if I sell or close my business?
